五橋 FIVE（ファイブ） RED（レッド） 純米辛口
標名是 “純米辛口”，這枝FIVE 純米辛口”又不是拒人千里之外的酒。
與其說是辛口 (日本酒度為+12)，我形容為 “有內涵的清酒”。旨味重，複雜度高，有起承較接。入口是清爽，慢慢感受到米香，乳酸卻有帶點甘的果香，重身酒，然收尾悠長。跟一般純米酒不同，FIVE在旨味中帶點優雅，略帶苦澀的果味。質地是順滑，口感重卻舒服。
飲用當晚，我配上炸雞，絕配！
